At The Boys and Their Toys our policy is to provide you with an easy-to-use service. If you find that your order is damaged, we will gladly fix the problem. This policy covers all of the items sold on this web site.

When an order is received and you would like to alter or make changes, you must do so within 24 hours of when the order was placed.

If a customer orders a product, they can return the item assuming it is in it's original packaging and is resellable. Customer is responsible for shipping charges both to and from (no shipping charges will be reimbursed) and there is a 15% restocking fee.

Any cancellations or changes to an order must be received within 24 hours from the original order.

Any returns that were for items with free shipping will be reimbursed for the cost of the items no shipping costs.

If there is a problem with an order, please contact us and we will respond to your request as soon as possible.

NCAA Bedding items may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of the invoice date and in the original packaging and resellable for refund less any shpping charges.

Warranty Information:

The Boys and Their Toys buys directly from the manufacturer who warrants the quality and craftsmanship for a period of 90 days from the original invoice date. This warranty is limited to normal use and proper care by the purchaser.

By purchasing any item on this web site, it is assumed that you have read and understood all of our policies.

NCAA Bedding Items have a 30-day from the date of invoice warranty.
